Where is my order?

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for packaging and handling of your order. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation that its in the post and if you order is tracked, you will receive emails to the address provided. 

All parcels are shipped from Sydney, Australia. Estimated shipping times on the SHIPPING page Please note: these are estimated times only as per the Australia Post calculator.

 Do you offer express shipping?

 Yes, please get in contact prior to completing your order to organise express postage. Please note that the free shipping offer does not apply to express post.

 

 My order is a gift, can you send it directly to the recipient?

Yes, absolutely! This can be done for domestic and international orders at no extra cost. If you would like to include a personalised note, enter your personalised message to the "Add a note to your order" section.

Please make sure the delivery name and address is for the person who will be receiving it (its best to keep your contact details as you will be notified for shipping).

Confirmation will be sent via email to check all details are correct prior to packing your order. Note: your order will not be sent until you have confirmed so please keep this in mind regarding shipping times.

All items are specially wrapped in acid-free custom tissue paper free of charge.

All prices on this site are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD)

 

What is your returns policy?

Returns or exchanges aren't offered due to change of mind. If your item arrives to you damaged please send an email and a photo of the damaged product and we will refund accordingly.
