NSW/VIC/QLD: 2 - 4 business days
WA/NT: 7 - 12 business days

International:
NZ: 5 - 6 business days
REST OF WORLD: 6 - 14 business days

Enamel Pins: (if not purchased with an art print or scarf)
Shipped via Australia Post (Letter service, not tracked)

Australia: 3 - 7 business days
International: 6 - 15 business days

These times are estimates only based on Australia Post shipping calculator. Please get in contact  if you need express services or if you have any queries regarding your order and shipping.

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for packing and handling

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES

Custom may apply duties/taxes to your package. Buyers are responsible for any custom or import taxes that may apply. These policies vary from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information.

I will not be responsible for any parcels held or delayed by customs, as this is not in my control. Please get in contact with me if you are having any issues with the delivery of your order. 

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order as there will be no responsibility if your order has been shipped to an incorrect address. Orders are sent to the exact address provided. If you have accidentally put the wrong address please get in contact with me ASAP.

Any reshipping costs/order replacements will be the responsibility of the buyer if the shipping address is incorrect.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Please choose carefully as I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges as all sales are final upon checkout completion.

What if my order arrives faulty?

Each product is quality checked before sending. However if your item arrives damaged please send me an email with a photo of the product and I will advise next steps upon inspection.
